Technology has pervaded almost every aspect of our lives. Today’s guest is someone who has been a tech expert and enthusiast well before the pandemic, particularly in the field of facilitation. Meet Héctor Villarreal Lozoya tuning in all the way from the Dominican Republic! Hector is a project/agile management consultant and professional facilitator with 15+ years of experience and the founder of Proyectum, a Latin American-based project management training and consulting company operating in 10 countries. Hector is known for his use of new technologies to enrich teambuilding and collaboration. In 2019, he alongside an international collective of facilitators developed the www.virtualfacilitation.com initiative that provides hands-on training on digital tools and remote collaborative methods to facilitators. Vinay catches up with his friend and fellow former Board member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
