Social psychologist, social entrepreneur and coach, Joel Godi first discovered that he was neurodivergent, ADHD & Autistic (ASD1) when he was in his early 40s – and his life changed after that. It gave new meaning to his existence and catapulted him on a journey of self-discovery which answered the many unanswered questions in his life till then. Today, through his company NeuroGifted®, Joel who is the Founder and CEO, is on a mission to improve the quality of life of the neurodivergent community through awareness education, give voice to the neurodivergent community through advocacy, improve employability, help support neurodiversity initiatives and create value for all stakeholders.
