Welcome back and we are glad to kick off 2025 with our first guest of the year, Mirjami Sipponen-Damonte, the CEO of Finnish boutique facilitation agency Xpedio and an experienced facilitation professional. Mirjami has over two decades of experience in developing individuals and organizations across Europe and beyond. Currently, her focus as a facilitator is on supporting companies in strategic development, as well as helping leadership teams enhance their group dynamics and communication. She is also a long-term partner to select client organizations in developing their leadership culture. 

Mirjami has previously served on the Board of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and as Regional Director. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator | Master and has won two Facilitation Impact Awards. Mirjami is also author of Varmuutta fasilitointiin, which has become a key resource in universities and educational institutions across Finland.
